Terms & Conditions
End User License Agreement (EULA) – Website Development Services
Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing or using our website development services.
BY USING OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DO NOT PROCEED WITH OUR SERVICES.
1. Development Model & Platform
- All websites are developed using WordPress (PHP & MySQL).
- We strictly work on ready-made template-based designs only.
- Clients must select the design from the options provided (3 to 5 templates will be shared).
- No custom UI/UX, layouts or design structures will be created unless agreed separately at additional cost.
- The final website will match the selected template design.
2. Scope of Work
- All features, functionalities and number of pages will be delivered only as per initial discussion and approval.
- Any additional requirements after project initiation will not be entertained or will incur additional charges.
- Reference websites are not considered after project confirmation.
- The output depends on the quality of content and images provided by the client.
3. Content Responsibility
- The client must provide all required content including logo, images, banners, product details, descriptions and other information.
- Website development will begin only after receiving at least 60–80% of the content.
- Delays in providing content will directly affect the delivery timeline.
- We do not create logos, banners, product images or content assets. Only training will be provided.
4. Design & Customization Policy
- Only minor color changes may be allowed.
- Major customization, layout changes or combining elements from multiple templates is not permitted.
- Any design changes after template selection will incur additional charges.
- The website will be delivered exactly as per the approved template.
5. Revisions & Corrections
- Only one round of basic corrections is included.
- Multiple revisions or repeated changes are not supported.
- Additional corrections or feature changes will be chargeable.
6. Product / Content Upload
- Initial setup may include limited demo content or products.
- All additional content, categories, products and updates must be managed by the client.
- Training will be provided for backend usage.
7. Payment Terms
- 50% advance payment is required to initiate the project.
- Remaining 50% must be cleared upon completion.
- The website will go live only after 100% payment is received.
- Balance payment must be completed within 15–20 days from project start.
- Admin access and credentials will be shared only after full payment.
8. Refund Policy
- All payments are 100% non-refundable under any circumstances.
- No partial refunds will be provided after project initiation.
- If the project is discontinued by the client, the remaining balance must still be paid.
9. Hosting & Server Policy
- We provide hosted website solutions.
- Hosting control panel access will not be shared.
- If the client requires hosting on their own server, additional charges including one-year renewal must be paid in advance.
10. Payment Gateway Integration
- We provide integration with CC Avenue payment gateway (third-party service).
- Approval is subject to the payment gateway provider and not guaranteed by us.
- Integration will be done only after full payment is received.
- If using a client’s own payment gateway, an additional integration charge applies.
- Client must handle all documentation and communication with the payment gateway provider.
11. Communication Policy
- All feature discussions and approvals must be done via email or WhatsApp confirmation.
- Phone discussions are not considered final unless documented.
- A single point of contact must be assigned by the client.
12. Timeline & Delivery
- Project timeline depends on timely submission of content by the client.
- Updates or corrections may take 2–4 working days.
- Timelines may vary due to holidays, festivals or unforeseen circumstances.
13. License & Usage Rights
- The website license is valid for one domain only.
- Clients are not allowed to resell, redistribute or reuse the website design, code or structure.
- Clients cannot claim ownership of the development framework or template.
14. Data & Liability Disclaimer
- We are not responsible for any data loss, damages or issues caused to your business, users or systems.
- The client is fully responsible for all content displayed on the website.
- We do not guarantee business results, leads or SEO rankings.
15. Technical Limitations
- We work strictly within WordPress capabilities.
- Advanced custom development (Laravel, React, custom coding, etc.) is not included.
- Certain features may not be feasible even with additional payment.
16. Demo & Feature Validation
- Clients are advised to review and test our demo websites before proceeding.
- Any features outside the demo scope will be treated as additional work.
17. Ownership & Access
- Website admin access will be provided after full payment.
- Hosting control panel access will not be shared unless agreed under special conditions.
18. Legal Jurisdiction
- Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Mahadevapura Police Station limits, Bangalore.
19. Client Showcase
- We reserve the right to display your website in our portfolio or client list.
20. Modifications to Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions and pricing at any time without prior notice.
21. Acceptance of Terms
- By proceeding with the project and making the payment, the client confirms acceptance of all the above terms.
- Clients are advised to clarify all queries before starting the project.
Important Note
If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not proceed with our services. This ensures transparency and avoids any misunderstandings during the project lifecycle.
