By engaging SolutionForWeb.com for any services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
We provide website design, web/mobile development, e-commerce, AI chatbots, AI automation and related digital services as agreed in writing per project.
Typical payment terms are 50% advance and 50% on project completion, unless otherwise agreed. All prices exclude applicable GST.
Indicative timelines are shared during proposal. Delays caused by client (content, approvals, third-party services) extend timelines accordingly.
Each project includes a defined number of revisions. Out-of-scope changes are quoted separately.
Upon full payment, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to the client. Third-party assets (themes, plugins, fonts, libraries) remain under their respective licenses.
We treat all client information as confidential and do not share it externally without consent, except as required by law.
Advance payments are non-refundable once project work has commenced. Partial refunds may be considered case-by-case before work begins.
We warrant our deliverables for the support period mentioned in your package. Hosting, third-party services and content uploads are outside this warranty.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the disputed service.
Either party may terminate with written notice. Client remains liable for work completed up to termination.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
